This privacy policy explains how we process the data you give us through the website, by phone, on WhatsApp or at our offices. The privacy policy applies to all our services: buying, selling and valuing properties.
At F&M Inmobiliarias we take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy explains clearly what personal data we process, why, for how long and what your rights are.

02Data we process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: name and surname, phone number, email address and, where applicable, postal address.
- Details of your request: the property you are interested in, your search preferences (area, type, budget) or the details of the property you want to sell.
- Data needed for a transaction (only if one goes ahead): ID document or NIE, financial and bank details, and the documents required by anti-money laundering legislation.
- Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type and information on how you use the website, obtained through cookies when you accept them (see the Cookie policy).
We do not request special categories of data. If you provide data about other people, you confirm that you have informed them and have their consent.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you, nor do we create profiles for that purpose.
04Data retention
- Enquiries and requests: for as long as needed to deal with them and, if no business relationship begins, for a maximum of one year after the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities.
- Anti-money laundering: ten years after the end of the business relationship or the completion of the transaction, as required by Law 10/2010.
- Marketing communications: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
After these periods, data are securely deleted or anonymised.
05Recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data may only be disclosed:
- To public authorities and courts where there is a legal obligation (for example, the Spanish Tax Agency or the Executive Service for the Prevention of Money Laundering).
- To notaries, registries, lenders and the other party to the transaction (buyer, seller, landlord or tenant), where necessary to complete it and with your knowledge.
- To our service providers who process data on our behalf (processors) under a contract with appropriate safeguards: web hosting and email, IT maintenance, web analytics, form anti-spam verification and messaging tools.
06International transfers
Some providers (for example, Google for web analytics and maps, Meta for WhatsApp or Cloudflare for the forms’ anti-spam verification) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are based on adequacy decisions of the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
07Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time and free of charge:
- Access: find out what data about you we process.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed.
- Objection and restriction: object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format or have it sent to another controller.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise them, write to infoweb@fminmobiliarias.com or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
08Minors
Our services are not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so we can delete it.
09Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the website, access control and regular backups.
10Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version in force will always be published on this page, with its date of update, and we will notify you through our usual channels if the changes are significant.
